Animal Identificator
The Animal Identificator (“AI”) detects the RFID tag of animals, either as they pass through a ring antenna or as they pass the zone of a flat antenna. This provides information about the animal’s location. In addition, doors and interlock systems can optionally be controlled and triggerd by individual animals passing through an antenna.
The FBI AI is characterized by its wide range of applications, reliable RFID reading and control operations, expandability, as well as robustness. One to six antennas of various diameters (for mice, rats, degus, meerkats, ferrets, etc.) can be connected to one device. 255 devices of this type can be interconnected with a standard serial 9-pin subD cable (male/female) – the devices identify themselves by the CAN ID which is set at the front of the device.
